Who You Are

You will have had a maximum of 18 months out of real estate and a minimum of 18 months' experience so you can hit the ground running. You must be hungry to succeed in a very competitive environment with a can-do attitude towards your work and the ability to come up with new ideas and think outside of the square. You must be personable, knowledgeable, and self-motivated. You must be able to evidence past sales (sales in our area are not necessary).  

What You Will Do

You will be in charge of your own Sales pipeline and keeping your admin tasks up to date and current. Dealing with Buyers and Sellers in a responsible and timely manner. Meeting subcontractors and stakeholders at properties. Organising property marketing photos and videos, social media marketing and prospecting for new business. Liaising with the property management department and many other standard real estate tasks. You will be given the very best in technology and assistance to achieve the highest of results.

The Only Musts Are

  • Car License & Car
  • Be available to work Saturdays
  • Agents Reps Certificate (minimum)
  • 18 Months experience with no longer than 18 months out of the industry
